| CANCELLATIONS & GRATUITIES |
| Cancellations are required to be at least 24 hours prior to appointment time. A message can be left after hours. For packages of more than two hours in duration, a credit card number is required. You will be charged the full price of your service if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or fail to show up. Gratuities are appreciated and left to the discretion of the client.
